1) Balancing factory "Mean Green" and "Tuff Ones" arms

            This will be a new factory green on green or green and gold arm,

All armatures are ohmed and checked for shorts, both shafts are checked for straightness and the com plates are checked runout, then polished. Epoxy balanced.

2) Stock T/Jet Epoxy Balanced “FRAY LEGAL” Armatures   “NEW”

            These are new old stock gray tip Red or Green or Gold Wire armatures.

All armatures are hand picked, ohmed out, checked for shorts, both shafts  are checked for straightness and the com plates are checked runout, then epoxy balanced. All armatures will ohm out from 16.3 and higher. Call for details. ( Gear plates, armature pinion Gears & com brushes are sold seperately)

3) Rewound High Performance Pancake arms (2 Lam)

            I start with a factory stock 2 lam arm, which will be hand picked, cleaned and checked for straightness. Each arm will be painted and rewound with any one of the listed wire combinations. Choose either the stock copper com plate for longevity or the Silver bullet small gap com plate for max performance. Either plate is installed advanced or retarded timing setting and epoxy balanced.      

(Strongly recommended for use with my AG’s Super Silver Com brushes)

4) Rewound Xlerator Quadra lam ( Xlerator Conversion Motor)

            I start with an n.o.s factory stock Aurora Xlerator quadra lam armature that I stripped down, painted and rewound. Right around 4 ohms seems to be a very nice road and drag race motor. If you go much lower in ohms the motor starts to run hot. Your Choice of either the stock copper com plate for longevity or the Silver bullet small gap com plate for max performance. Either plate is installed advanced or retarded timing setting and epoxy balanced.

5) Custom XL- QUAD- 4  Hot Drag or Road race A/fx Magnatraction ( 4 lam):

            This Custom made 4 lam armature is available in ohm ratings from 5.5 to 1.5. These arms provide Tons of torque and perfect for Road Racing applications when traction magnets are used. These motors come with either the stock copper com plate for longevity or my Silver Bullet short gap com plates for max performance.

6) Custom Outlaw XL-Quad-4 Pro Drag arms With modified gear plate:

            These arms are for the serious Drag Racer only, these are high powered

 4 lam arms, with 15' advanced copper or silver com’s, ohm ratings from .6  to 1.8   and to be run on battery power or power supplies with at least 8 amps per lane. Note:  You must use Super II or polymer motor magnets, AG’s Super Silver Brushes, Braided  pick up shoes and shut wires along with Traction  magnets and wheelie bars.

         For the Ultimate in performance, you can add a pair of Neo Motor Magnets, using 25 volt battery power. I recommend Wizard rear silicone narrow rear tires .438 and taller and the use of 15 tooth silicone bronze crown gear. This set up comes with a bare machined gear plate ready for you to install the motor and gears.

7) New “XL 5"  Pro Drag  Armature W/Machined Gear Plate

          This is the most powerful Outlaw Drag Racing armature currently available for your original Tuffones chassis.  This is for the experienced racer only. I Highly recommend the use of my AG’s Super Silver Com Brushes. This armature comes with a machined blank gear plate that will clear the wires on top but you may need to clearance the chassis floor so the motor does not rub or bind. The armature is made up of 5 separate laminations and a custom armature shaft.  The armature is a Torque monster!. It also draws a lot of current. You should have 15 amps of current per lane ( Battery Power) and 20 to 25.3 volts (maximum) for top performance. Please remember, these are limited use motors! Com plates are prone to wear out due the high current draw. Under load these armatures are capable of  spinning 100,000 rpm as the car crosses the finish line.

Tech Note / Void of Warrany

NEVER put your car on the track and free rev the armature. This includes holding the rear tires off the track and rapping the throttle.

This "No Load" condition will damage the new armature.

You may use a 9 volt battery to help set the com brush tension but that is it.

8) Custom R.T.R  Hot Drag chassis’s chassis  (2 Lam arm):

            Tuff ones chassis, with Super II magnets, Hot rewound 2 lam motor, shunt wires and braided p/u shoes, slip on silicone tires front and rear, and rare earth traction magnets installed ( You will need a wheelie bar) I recommended power

source to have at least 4 amps per lane and 18 to 24 volts.

9) Custom R.T.R Outlaw Full Drag Chassis ( tuff ones chassis ( 4 Lam arm)  

          Tuffones chassis, Polyjet polymer magnets, Outlaw XL Quad 4 motor,

shunted and braided p/u shoes, rare earth traction magnets installed, lightweight front rims and o ring tires installed on custom front axle, patriot steel  axle, silcone bronze rear gear.438 wizard law tires. ( These cars are custom made and take 2 weeks to build once payment arrives) I will include a custom made wheelie bar with this Chassis.  For use with battery power or power supply with @ least 8 amps per lane and 18.8 to 25 volts a must.

16) Armature And Cluster Gear Puller

          This custom made steel gear puller will remove any  9,12,or 14 tooth Armature or Cluster shaft gear from your T/jet or A/FX car.

17) ** Labor To Balance “Your” New Old Stock Armatures **        “NEW”       

          You may spend months trying to tune your car only to find out that the armature had a bent shaft and you never knew it.  Let me take that guess work out for you. If you have NEW OLD STOCK armatures whether it is Stock T/jet or Mean Green armatures, I will do all the same checks, inspections and balancing as I do on the armatures that I sell BUT on “YOUR” New Old Stock armatures.

Labor to do all the inspections on your armature is:                       $5.00 each

If the armature is no good (RE: bent shaft, badly out of balance, etc) then that is all you will pay. IF the armature proves to be a good candidate to be balanced then the additional labor charge is :                                $5.00 each

So for the total of $10.00 you will have piece of mind that the armature that I send back to you is a good one.

18) 0-20 Volt 10 amp power supply:         

          The power supply has both amp and volt meters,and is fully adjustable. Its shipped  by way of U.P.S., all power supplies will be prepaid . Each unit carries a 1 year M.F.R warranty.
